Installing Picture Railing in Rockport

I installed this new picture railing for a new owner of a cottage in Rockport, which had plaster walls. Jae didn't want to damage her walls with nails and wanted this hanging rail instead. She wanted to paint them the same color as the walls to they would blend in.
