Sunset Sail on Gloucester's Adventure

I am a new member of the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and, as a Handywoman, I like to attend the Businesswomen mixers. It's my niche, you could say. Tonight's mixer was a sunset sail on Gloucester's Adventure Schooner. It was magnificent. I grew up sailing on my grandfather's boat out of Manchester Yacht Club. Typically my trips to sea have been on the Yankee Fleet to fish (my mother was a fishmonger in Cambridge). It felt very satisfying to be at sea under wind, to heave heavy sails, and walk with mild ocean-motion and a mild tilt of the keel again.
