I broke my ankle on Thursday night April 25. I tell people I was trying to break up a fight between a Grizzly Bear and a Great White. But seriously, I rolled my ankle over an old mill stone that is set too low off a terrace at home. I fractured my right fibula and dislocated my ankle. The EMT and ER professionals at Addison Gilbert did an amazing job putting me back together. My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday May 1. I will be out of service for at least 2 months as I head

I was between clients today, coming from Pigeon Cove and heading to Rocky Neck, and I REALLY needed to something to eat. It was 1:30 p.m. and I hadn't had anything all day. I just needed to fuel up. I thought of stopping at The Studio on Rocky Neck but the last time I had a burger there it was made from a frozen, flat patty. No bueno. Facelift on Old Cabinets
Arlene wanted a fresh new look on her old cabinets. She got the paint and the new cabinet hardware and I did the rest. I prepped them by cleaning with Simple Green, an excellent de=greaser and spray painting the hinges white. I applied two coats of her white paint. What a difference it made!
